Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham crackers, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, 3 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix graham crackers, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine and press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
Blend in chips and vanilla.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350Β° for about an hour (use your judgment).
Loosen cake from rim. Cool completely.
Remove rim.
