Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. crisco, 2 c. finely crushed oreos, 3 pkg. softened cream cheese, 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt Crisco.
Stir in cookie crumbs. Press firmly on bottom of an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan; set aside.
Place cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk gradually, beating until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat just until combined.
Toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat.
Stir chips into cream cheese mixture.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle remaining chips over
Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
Loosen sides of pan; cool for 30 minutes. Remove sides and refrigerate.
