Soften cream cheese at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
At the same time, freeze cookie dough.
Slice cookies and layer bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. You may have to cut some cookies in half to line sides.
Let cookies soften while you make the filling.
