Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins
Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 c. flour and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 375°.
Grease 18 muffins cups or line with paper baking cups.
In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter.
Blend with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Blend well.
Add sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, milk, vanilla and egg; stir just until moistened.
Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full; sprinkle each with streusel.
Bake at 375° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
