Chocolate Crunch Brownies
Chocolate Crunch Brownies is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 50 minutes. Made with c. margarine, softened, eggs, c. flour, (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream and c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until brownies test done.
Cool.
Spread marshmallow cream over top of cooled brownies.
In small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in the cocoa.
Spread over marshmallow layer.
Chill before cutting.
Makes 3 dozen.
