Chocolate Ice Cream
Chocolate Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (2 oz.) sq. hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. water, 1 c. cold whipping cream and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In top of double boiler, over hot, but not boiling water, melt chocolate.
Add sweetened condensed milk; continue to cook over hot water for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in water. Remove from heat.
Pour mixture into large bowl.
Stir in vanilla. Cool.
