Mix in bowl: flour, sugar and salt.
In saucepan, bring to a boil oleo, shortening, water and cocoa.
Pour over flour mixture and mix well.
Add eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 9 x 12 pan.
Frost in pan.
