Chow Mein Casserole
Chow Mein Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 2 onions, chopped fine, 2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. uncooked rice and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown hamburger, onions and celery.
Drain off fat.
Add rice, soy sauce, mushroom soup, chicken rice soup, water and garlic salt.
Mix well.
Place all ingredients in a casserole dish and mix well.
Top with chow mein noodles.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
