Christmas Breakfast Sausage
Christmas Breakfast Sausage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground sausage, 3 green onions, chopped, 6 to 7 slices bread, 1 dozen eggs and 3 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown sausage; drain fat.
Add onions and cook a minute.
In dripper pan, place bread on bottom.
Put meat and onion on top of bread.
Cover with cheese.
Beat eggs in separate bowl, along with mustard, salt, pepper and milk.
Pour over cheese.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Just before baking, add milk to soup and pour over top.
Bake uncovered at 325Β° for 1 hour.
