Mix sugar, sour cream, corn syrup, butter and salt; slowly bring to boil.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cover and boil without stirring for 3 minutes to dissolve all sugar crystals. Uncover and boil on medium heat to 240Β°.
Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes.
Do not stir!
