Christmas Coffee Cake
Christmas Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. biscuit mix, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. allspice and 2/3 c. pureed banana (2 bananas), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Combine biscuit mix with sugar, cinnamon and allspice.
Beat banana, egg and vanilla into mixture, blending well.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
Spoon cranberry sauce evenly over batter.
Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans. Blend in butter.
Sprinkle over cranberry sauce.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
