Christmas Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 3 eggs, 3 c. flour and 1 tsp soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream sugar with butter, add well beaten eggs.
Sift flour with soda; add to cream mixture.
Mix 1/2 c. flour with chopped dates, pineapple and nuts.
Place by teaspoon on baking sheet, bake 10-15 min at 325Β° or till golden.
May add candied fruit (optional)
