Christmas Cookies

Cream the butter. Add sugar gradually. Cream well. Add egg, almond and vanilla.
Sift flour and salt together.
Add to first mixture. Blend. Roll gently 1/8-inch thick.
Cut out.
Bake on oiled sheet at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Frost.
