Mix butter and sugar together.
Add eggs; mix well.
Add flour, cinnamon, soda and cooking wine; mix well.
Add nuts, pineapple and cherries that have been chopped well.
Add raisins, mixing well.
Batter will be stiff.
Cook on cookie sheet at 275Β° for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes a lot.
