Christmas Cranberry Salad
Christmas Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh cranberries, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. chopped walnuts, 1 c. celery hearts, diced and 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Grind cranberries and orange; add sugar, mixing well.
Let stand overnight.
Prepare Jell-O according to package directions. Chill.
When half set, add to fruit mixture.
Add walnuts, marshmallows, celery, apple and crushed pineapple to Jell-O and fruit mixture.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve with whipped topping as dessert or with meal instead of cranberry sauce.
