Christmas Fudge
Christmas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. cream, 1/3 c. white corn syrup, 1/3 c. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, cream, corn syrup, butter and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Cover and boil 1 minute.
Uncover.
Cook at medium, steady boil to soft ball stage in cold water.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until mixture is creamy and begins to hold its shape, about 10 minutes.
Mix in fruits and nuts. Pour into greased pan.
When firm, cut into squares.
Let stand 24 hours.
