Christmas Fudge
Christmas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. diced, candied cherries and 1 1/2 c. brazil nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease a large pan.
Combine sugar, syrup, sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Cook until a soft ball forms when tested in cold water.
Add vanilla. Beat with beater until mixture holds its shape.
Add fruits and nuts. Pour into pan and cool.
Slice into small squares.
