Christmas Pickles
Christmas Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 ripe cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced, 1/2 c. salt, 3 large red and 3 large green sweet peppers, seeded and diced, 4 c. diced celery and 2 medium onions, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
