Christmas Relish
Christmas Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. white vinegar, 6 c. sugar, 1 c. green sweet peppers, chopped, 1 c. red sweet peppers, chopped and 1/4 c. hot peppers, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix and boil all ingredients, except Certo.
Remove from heat and add Certo; let cool until thick.
Stir occasionally to keep peppers mixed.
