Christmas Sugar Cookies
Christmas Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. soft butter and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Beat with a mixer or spoon until smooth butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Now beat in flour mixture with mixer until smooth.
Chill 1 hour until firm.
Roll a small amount of dough at a time to 1/8-inch thickness.
Use floured board.
Cut dough in desired shapes with floured cookie cutter.
Put on greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven at 375Β° for 8 minutes or until brown.
Remove to wire heat rack to cool.
Decorate with your favorite colored frostings.
