Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Cinnamon Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 2 3/4 c. sugar, divided, 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In large bowl, cream butter and 2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, adding alternately with sour cream, beating enough to keep batter smooth.
Spoon 1/2 batter into greased Bundt pan.
Combine nuts, cinnamon and remaining sugar.
Sprinkle 1/2 over batter.
Repeat layer.
Bake at 350Β° for 70 minutes or until done.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
