Cinnamon Graham Muffins
Cinnamon Graham Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 beaten egg, 3/4 c. buttermilk, 1/4 c. cooking oil, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large bowl, combine egg, buttermilk, cooking oil and vanilla.
Stir in cracker crumbs and raisins.
Set aside.
Stir together remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Fill greased or lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in 400Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
