Cinnamon-Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Cinnamon-Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 38 minutes. Made with c. (1/2 lb.) butter or margarine, c. sugar, eggs, c. sour cream and c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large bowl with electric mixer, combine butter, sugar and eggs.
Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Blend in sour cream.
Sift flour, soda and baking powder into the creamed mixture; add vanilla.
Blend well.
Spoon half of batter into a 9-inch tube pan or a 10-inch Bundt pan which has been buttered and floured.
Sprinkle half the cinnamon-nut mixture over batter. Spoon in remaining batter and top with rest of nut mixture.
Place in cold oven, set at 350Β° and bake about 55 minutes.
Serve warm or cool.
