Cinnamon-Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Cinnamon-Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with or 2 1/4 c. sugar, or 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, or 3 c. flour, or 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder and or 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts for topping.
Sift flour, soda and baking powder together.
Combine butter, remaining sugar and eggs in mixing bowl; beat until light and fluffy.
Stir in sour cream.
Add flour mixture and vanilla; mix well.
Spoon half the batter into greased and floured pan; sprinkle with remaining topping.
Press topping lightly into batter with back of spoon.
Place pan in cold oven.
Bake at 350Β° for about 55 minutes.
Large recipe is for a cake pan, small recipe is for Bundt pan.
