Citrus-Beer Punch
Citrus-Beer Punch is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Remove peel from the 6 lemons and set aside.
Juice lemons. You should have about 2 cups juice.
In a large saucepan, stir together sugar and water.
Bring to boiling.
Add reserved lemon peel.
Remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Remove and discard peel.
Add lemon juice and grapefruit juice to sugar mixture.
Transfer to a 2 1/2 to 3-quart pitcher; cover and chill completely.
