Clam Chowder Soup
Clam Chowder Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans chicken broth, 1 tbsp. margarine, 10 large potatoes, 1 large onion and 6 pieces garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and dice potatoes.
In boiler, add water, chicken broth and margarine.
Chop garlic and add to mixture.
Chop onion and add to mixture with salt and pepper.
Cook potatoes until they are all to pieces.
Don't let liquid cook lower than 2 inches above potatoes.
After potatoes are cooked, mix cornstarch with milk and add to soup.
Don't add clams until the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
