Cocktail Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 2 c. white bread cubes, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 egg, beaten and 1 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Make meat mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place in baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Cool and freeze; then thaw and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Blend catsup, juice and jelly together; pour over meatballs.
Serve hot. Makes about 60.
