Coffee-Coffee Cake
Coffee-Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. instant coffee powder and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix and sift flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, coffee powder and salt.
Combine 3 tablespoons melted butter, milk, beaten egg and vanilla.
Stir into dry ingredients until well blended.
Turn into greased 8-inch square pan or deep pie dish.
Combine corn flake crumbs, remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
Scatter evenly over batter in pan. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Serve warm or cold.
