Cole Slaw

Made with 2 c. shredded cabbage (1/2 medium head), 2 oz. shredded carrots, 1/8 medium green pepper, diced, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In salad bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, salt and pepper; toss slightly to blend.
Add vinegar to mayonnaise, a teaspoonful at a time, stirring well after each addition.
