Coleslaw Soufflé
Coleslaw Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lemon or lime gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. finely diced celery, 1 1/2 c. finely chopped or shredded cabbage and 4 tbsp. diced green pepper and/or 4 tbsp. diced pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Blend in mayonnaise, vinegar and salt.
Chill until practically set.
Beat until fluffy; add vegetables.
Pour into a 1-quart mold.
Chill until firmly set.
Unmold and garnish with sliced radishes and/or cherry tomatoes.
