Company Coffee Cake
Company Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oil, 2 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 (16 oz.) sour cream and 3 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix oil, eggs, milk and sour cream in a bowl.
Sift 3 cups flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix 1/4 cup flour and remaining ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until done.
Serve warm (may be frozen and reheated).
Can be doubled to serve 40.
