Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce
Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 bottle ketchup, 2 cans spanish style tomato sauce and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry ground beef and onion until brown.
Let cool.
Put in blender until fine.
Then add ketchup, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Combine and simmer 1 hour.
Can be frozen for later use.
