Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Sugar and beat about 15 minutes until creamy.
Add the Eagle Brand milk, half and half and the whipping cream.
Fold in the crushed cookies or you may wait and the cookies after the ice cream has set for better texture.
Before freezing, the cookies dissolve and make a chocolate looking ice cream (tastes the same, but doesn't look good).
Ice cream freezer and finish filling container with milk.
Make according to the directions freezer.
When set turn out into large container; add cookies and let freeze for about 1 hour.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
