Cookies And Ice Cream Sandwich is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. oreo cookies, 1 1/2 gal. blue bell peppermint ice cream and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt butter in pan.
Crush Oreos and add to melted butter. Mix until frosting on cookies melt in with the butter.
Spread 1/2 cookie mix on bottom of cake pan and top with softened ice cream. Spread remaining cookie mixture on top of ice cream.
Freeze for 1 hour and serve in cut squares.
