Cool Whip Vanilla Ice Cream
Cool Whip Vanilla Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. milk, 2 c. sugar, 1 can eagle brand milk (sweetened condensed), 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and 3 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend sugar and sweetened condensed milk.
Add Cool Whip; stir.
Add the milk and vanilla.
Put in electric ice cream freezer.
Add a layer of ice and a layer of salt until freezer is full.
Add more ice and salt as it melts.
Freezer is done when it stops.
(Blended strawberries, peaches or bananas may be added if you prefer a different flavor.)
