Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Cottage Cheese Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cottage cheese (small curd dry), drained, 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 stick real butter, melted (not margarine) and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat eggs lightly.
After you have melted the butter and it has cooled slightly, add it to the eggs.
Then add flour and salt to the mixture.
Over a pancake griddle heated to 375Β°, pour 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup of pancake mixture, depending on your desired pancake size.
When the pancake begins to brown slightly around edges, flip to brown other side.
Add syrup and eat.
