Country Style Steak
Country Style Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 cubed steaks, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 3/4 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine salt, pepper and flour.
Roll steaks in seasoned flour.
Brown steaks in the margarine in a heavy skillet or frying pan.
Mix together soup and water.
Pour mixture over steaks and let it come to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer until steak is tender.
As the steak cooks, more water may need to be added.
When the steak is tender enough, I cut the steak into bite size pieces before serving.
