Country Style Steak
Country Style Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 8 minute, chop or sandwich steak or round steak, cut in serving pieces, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 soup can water and 1 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Lightly brown steak in oil.
Salt and pepper (careful not to use too much salt).
Place in baking dish after browning.
Pour off excess oil from frying pan.
Put soup in this pan and add water.
Stir well to mix and remove drippings from bottom of pan. Pour this over steak and bake in 325Β° oven for 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
