Cowboy Pocket Sandwiches
Cowboy Pocket Sandwiches is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese (cubed) and 1 (9.5 oz.) can pillsbury refrigerated pastry pockets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat; drain.
Add onions; cook until tender.
Stir in cubed cheese, remove from heat.
Prepare pastry pockets according to package directions.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Put approximately 1/3 cup meat mixture on half of each square; fold pastry in half, enclosing filling.
Press edges together with fork to seal.
Cut three 1/2 inch slits in top of each square.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
