Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 36 minutes. Made with envelope gelatin, dissolved in 4 tbsp. cold water, c. crushed pineapple, c. lemon juice, cranberry sauce and c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat cranberry sauce and pineapple with dissolved gelatin. (I always used an extra teaspoon plain gelatin.)
