Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. (1 lb.) raw ground cranberries, orange, ground, c. sugar, . plain gelatin and c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cranberry, orange and sugar together.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Mix plain gelatin with cold water.
Dissolve this with lemon Jell-O and hot water.
Let it cool a little, then add juice. When Jell-O mix begins to congeal, add celery, pecans and the cranberry mix.
Let salad finish congealing.
