Cream Cheese Brownies
Cream Cheese Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. unsalted butter (room temperature), 4 large eggs, 2 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Butter and flour 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
Melt chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
When completely melted, remove from heat and set aside.
Beat 3 eggs until well blended.
Slowly beat in 2 cups of sugar and beat for 1 minute.
Add flour, salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mixing well.
Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Spread half of chocolate batter into prepared pan.
