Heat oven to 350Β°.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on High for 2 minutes.
Stir until both are completely melted.
Stir in 2 cups of sugar. Mix in 4 eggs and vanilla.
Stir in 1 cup of flour and walnuts until well blended.
Spread into greased foil lined 13 x 9-inch pan.
