Creamed Hamburger Patties
Creamed Hamburger Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices bread (per lb. of ground meat), 1 egg (per lb. of meat), 1/2 c. milk and 1 soup can milk, 1 egg and 1/8 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak bread in 1/2 cup milk and egg.
Add meat, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Mix well and shape into patties.
Brown patties on both sides.
Put into deep casserole dish.
Add the mushroom soup and 1 can of milk.
Make a smooth sauce out of the liquids and pour over patties.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
