Creamy Baked Cheesecake
Creamy Baked Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Beat in eggs and ReaLemon juice.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 55 minutes or until center is set.
Top with sour cream.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Chill.
Top with pie filling.
