Creamy Cheese Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 flour tortillas, 3 c. jack cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp. chopped green onions, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup cheese and 1 tablespoon onion. Roll and place in 8-inch square baking dish.
Melt butter and add flour, stirring, and add broth to make a thick sauce.
Add sour cream and chilies, and stir until smooth.
