Creamy Chicken Stir-Fry
Creamy Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cut-up vegetables (combination of broccoli, carrots and green or/and red peppers), 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips, 1 can. fat free cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. water and 1 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute.
Add Vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Set aside.
Remove pan from heat.
Spray with cooking spray.
Add Chicken and stir-fry over medium-high until browned.
Add Soup, Water, Soy Sauce and Vegetables.
Heat through.
Serve over Rice. Serves 4.
