Creamy Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 c. shredded cabbage, 1 c. shredded carrots, 1 c. thinly sliced green pepper, 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large salad bowl, toss cabbage, carrots and green pepper. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
