Creamy Coleslaw
Creamy Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. shredded cabbage, 1/2 c. shredded carrot, 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, pepper and onion.
For dressing, stir together mayo, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt.
Pour dressing over cabbage and toss lightly.
Cover and chill.
Serves 8.
