Creamy Hot Dog Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 hot dogs, 4 to 5 medium potatoes, 1 lb. green beans, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pare and cut potatoes.
Cook potatoes and beans until almost done.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and stir.
Add milk; heat to boiling.
Boil mixture until it thickens.
Remove from heat and add onions and mayonnaise.
Stir to blend.
Slice hot dogs into chunks.
Layer hot dogs, potatoes and beans in casserole.
Top with sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
